Our Managing mental health at work course builds confidence in supporting others, as well as providing tools to take care of your own mental wellbeing.

What does the course cover?

The course emphasises the importance of looking after your and your employees' mental health. It’s designed to build your confidence in supporting others.

It is made up of 8 modules which are designed to build confidence supporting employees. Learners can take the modules in any order. They cover:

  • Self-care and role modelling at work
  • Embedding wellbeing at your workplace
  • How to support wellbeing at a team level and management styles
  • How to support wellbeing at an individual level, and having conversations about mental health
  • Wellbeing tools and resolutions
  • Wellbeing and positive performance management
  • Supporting your own wellbeing

Managing mental health awareness at work is an interactive course. It includes quizzes, animations and real-life scenarios.

Poor mental health costs employers between £53 billion and 56 billion a year, providing a strong human and business case to invest in support for mental health at work (Deloitte, 2022).

How our pricing works

Our pricing is based on the size of your organisation’s learning audience and the length of your licence. We offer 1 year or multi-year licences for our eLearning courses.

If you have a learning management system (LMS), we license the eLearning SCORM files for you to host on your own LMS.

If you don’t have a LMS, you can still access our eLearning. In these instances, the eLearning course will be hosted on Mind’s LMS. The fee for this is 10 per cent of the licence fee, per year of your licence, along with your annual licence fee.

We offer subsidised rates for statutory bodies and charities.
